CaptureAssist offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.
All content, features, and functionality of CaptureAssist, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by CaptureAssist and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of recordings you create using CaptureAssist. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your recordings as necessary to provide the service.

Recordings are stored securely in cloud storage. You can delete recordings at any time through your dashboard. Deleted recordings are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
CaptureAssist integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptureAssist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaptureAssist, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data and recordings in accordance with our data retention policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CaptureAssist operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CaptureAssist regarding the use of our service.
